Vuze may integration with torrent search engines and some other nifty features but the risks outweigh the cool shiny things that attract the naiieve. Deluge is a good alternative on Windows / Mac / Linux, but my to client has been rTorrent for the past 6-8 years with the ruTorrent webui.
