Why didn't HBO make their new streaming service available to the customers that were already subscribed to their premium channel? Instead they chose to make it so difficult that I considered cancelling the service. I realize that this review is for the HBO Now app not HBO Max but this is the reason that I downloaded the HBO Now app.
